Vacant properties. Firstly, it’s ideal if properties aren’t left vacant, but we know this can’t happen all the time, so if a property is to be empty for a long period consider having them boarded up to avoid vandals, squatters, arsonist, opportunists, etc.
Check your insurance policy. Make sure that your home and commercial property insurance covers you for any eventuality and that you’re still covered during glass replacement services.
